Robbie Dye and Tyler Speer share a remarkable journey that began in their childhood, as friends playing music in a Christian rock band and attending church camps. Little did they know that this friendship would evolve into a powerful business partnership fueled by a relentless mission to drive profitable impact for the direct-to-consumer farming industry – an industry they’ve deeply connected with.

Robbie Dye, the CEO of Our Farms, is no stranger to the world of branding and advertising. With a rich history of elevating brand visibility and fostering business growth in the direct-to-consumer space, Robbie has honed his skills through notable achievements. From leading creative initiatives for renowned brands such as RED O Restaurant Group, John Wayne’s “Duke Spirits,” and Delta Airlines, to founding and scaling his first advertising agency at just 20 years old, Robbie possesses a wealth of experience in navigating the digital landscape.

In 2022, Robbie made a significant life choice, transitioning from a corporate to a country lifestyle, joining his family in North Carolina on their family farm. Diving head first into rural America, their time is devoted to the family business, Little Mountain Farm & Cattle Co., and further propelling the mission of his startup, Our Farms.

Tyler Speer

COO & Pioneer

Tyler Speer, the COO of Our Farms, brings nearly a decade of invaluable experience from the corporate realm, particularly with Apple. With a remarkable track record in advertising, eCommerce, and training initiatives, Tyler has left an indelible mark on the industry. He played a pivotal role in establishing the first Amazon-focused advertising agency in the U.S., propelling it to global prominence. Tyler’s expertise is deeply rooted in eCommerce, where he successfully grew and scaled major brands, empowering Apple’s global business staff, and developed winning teams across the world.

Beyond the corporate sphere, Tyler is a passionate about two things, cooking and family. Tyler reaches for any opportunity to enjoy his trusty Traeger grill, perfecting the art of smoking meat. As a dedicated husband and father, he focuses his time on enjoying his loved ones and being a role model for his two boys, ain't that cool.
